9:00 AM — Randolph Farmer's Market in Judd Hall
3rd‑ and 4th‑year students present their capstone projects during check-in. Breakfast goodies will be served, and agendas handed out. "Passport" booklets will be handed out to guests, where participants can get a stamp at each expo and win a prize.
9:30 to 11:00 AM — Annual Alumni Association Meeting & Class Photo (SHAPE)
Consider yourself at home.
11:00 AM — Class Gift (Admissions Building Courtyard)
The class of 2026 unveils their gift to campus.
11:00 AM — Engineering Student Expo (Engineering Labs)
Hands‑on demonstrations (e.g., 3D‑printed molds with the VTSU logo, building LED lights, and more that participants can take home) in the following locations:
- Green 202 (Electrical)
- Green 101 (Architectural, Civil and Environmental)
- Morrill 125 (Mechanical)
- Construction Building (Construction)
1:00 PM — Nursing Simulation
Nursing program demonstration in the nursing lab
1:00 PM to 3:00 PM — Car Show from the Automotive Program in the SHAPE parking lot with Food Trucks, Nerf Club Tournament, and Ultimate Frisbee Club Tournament
2:00 PM — Tour of the new 1787 Butchery
See facility and state of the art meat processing equipment; learn about programming; sampling of meat products
3:00 PM — Vet Tech Program Expo with Vet Club
4:00 PM —Networking Drinks Mixer (SHAPE)

4:30 PM — Celebration of Scholars (Invitation Only)
